Yoga, like exercise, is something that in order to see results you must be consistent. Coming to class once a week is where it all begins. Or, you may also choose to come to one or two one-on-one sessions, where you can learn a few of the basic poses & the breathing practice before you attend your first class.

Svaroopa® Yoga has an emphasis on giving you tools so that you can do yoga at home, between classes.  Most students enjoy sustained benefits by incorporating yoga into their daily routines.

As for developing a home practice, you can start out doing just 5 minutes per day and slowly build from there. You'll soon find so many benefits that your practice will become something you'll look forward to, like a warm bubble bath on a cold day or a massage therapy session or some other way to treat yourself and make time for self care.
