Yoga for Back Pain

Have you been searching for a style of yoga for back pain, neck or shoulder pain? If so, you have done many other things to help your situation. Yoga can help. It is a wonderful complement to other mainstream approaches.

My students learn to how to help themselves with a simple daily practice. Isn't a relief to know that you don't have to rely on someone else to feel better?

Have you already visited an array of chiropractors, physical therapist, massage therapist? If you don't have consistent results, or can't sustain the results, Svaroopa yoga can help.

Yoga for Back Pain is what this style of yoga is often described. When the spine becomes tight and misaligned, it becomes compressed. Learning a few simple poses will help decompress your spine & release the tension in your spinal muscles. This will diminish your level of pain.

It's true, yoga for back pain is a daily tool you can use at home whenever you need it. Better yet, you can do a consistent practice and not wait until your back flares up. You may prefer private instruction to prepare for classes, or it may be a better option for you in lieu of class. During a private instruction appointment we would meet one-on-one for one hour.
